    • Our Parish Logo

"From His Heart to Others through Us" is inspired by St John Henry Newman who chose “Heart speaks unto Heart” as the motto to go on his coat of arms when he became a Cardinal in 1879. These words were originally spoken by St. Francis de Sales. St. Newman is calling us to hear God speaking to our hearts and to listen for our mission from God.

This motto is a call to missionary action with love.

    • Thank you for visiting our parish website. We're so glad you came!

Discover our churches and everything our parish has to offer you, your family, and communities.  Devotions to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary are central to our sharing of grace with one another.

At the present time, the pastoral care of the parishes entrusted to the priests of the New York Oratory of Saint Philip Neri. The spirit of “joyful discipleship”, which distinguished the first disciples of Jesus and St Philip Neri himself, inspires our community.  We will continue to grow, so come celebrate with us!

    • Pastor's Notes -

      • 5/11/2025 - 4th Sunday of Easter
Today is the World Day of Prayer for Vocations, a day on which the Church invites us to reflect on the meaning of God’s call and to pray for vocations to the service of the Church and its mission. To help us reflect on the meaning of vocation – a call to serve others – today’s Gospel presents us with the figure of Jesus, the Good Shepherd. Pope John Paul II declared the fourth Sunday of Easter a Day of Prayer for Vocations. In a homily he gave to priests a few years ago, our late Pope Francis reminded them that they must be joyful, stubborn shepherds who take risks and seek out even those who are most distant from God, in imitation of the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
